The New Victorian is located in the heart
of downtown Northville, within minutes of the I-275/M-14 corridor.
While Northville Township is one of the more recently developed
affluent communities in Wayne County, the City of Northville still
retains the Victorian charm of its early 1800's founding. An annual
Victorian Festival, a three-day affair with parades, street fairs,
and special entertainment held every September, celebrates this
proud heritage. During the summer, Fourth of July parades down Main
Street continue the tradition of old-fashioned patriotic American
values. The City of Northville offers
a wide array of community amenities. An excellent school
system and a new high school campus are great sources of pride for
residents. Shopping, banking, art galleries, churches, medical
service, parks and recreational facilities, Mill Race Historical
Village, and a variety of dining establishments are within walking
distance of The New Victorian.
With its red brick and limestone exterior,
The New Victorian enhances the scope of downtown Northville by
adding a 21st-century edifice to its store of Victorian structures.
