| Cady Church Development Company came into being in the year 2000
when three long-time friends with like-minded goals decided to form
a partnership. Their impetus was the acquisition of a parcel
of land at the corner of Church Street and Cady Street in downtown
Northville, just a block away from Main Street overlooking
Northville Downs. Starting with a fundamental belief in the value
of a traditional town environment that fosters harmonious and
satisfying lifestyles, the partners embarked on the task of
developing a mixed-use commercial project. It would have two upper
floors of residential condominium units. Its exterior would be
pedestrian friendly and reflect neo-Victorian style to complement
Northville's existing historical character. Its interior would
incorporate human scale spaces with up-to-the-minute provisions for
21st century living. It would be called The New Victorian.
Cady Church Development partners believe the time is right to
enhance the scope of downtown Northville. They say they will always
put quality first in the quest to achieve their goals, and they
intend to have fun along the way.
