DENNIS ENGERER has spent his entire life in the Northville area
where he and his wife Jill are raising their three young sons.
As a physical therapist, he operated Northville Physical Therapy in
Northville for 15 years, but he has always been involved in real
estate ventures. With two previous major projects to his
credit in downtown Northville, Dennis considers himself a hands-on
developer who pays attention to every detail of the building
process. TERRY HEATON has lived in Northville for 30 years, first
in the township and currently just a stone's throw from the central
business district. Also a physical therapist, he was self-employed
for 17 years before deciding to pursue other interests (golf fitness
among others). Having grown up in a tiny community outside
Pittsburgh, PA, Terry believes in the benefits of small town living
and wants to see Northville continue to prosper. He and his wife
Lynda have two adult sons.
LYNDA HEATON has lived in five historic towns - six if you
include Northville. After earning an M.A. at the College of William
and Mary in Williamsburg, VA, she served a stint as an historical
curator at the Detroit Historical Museum. She also gained business
experience as administrator of a private medical agency. Her
interest in promoting viable traditional downtowns can be attributed
to her years as a Downtown Development Authority commission member.
