One hundred years ago Northville residents walked to
their village center to shop, transact business, and catch up on the
latest news with friends. The same Victorian buildings they
frequented then on the south side of Main Street, from the bandshell
west to Center Street, stand today. The New Victorian at 300 East
Cady Street builds on that tradition of permanence in the Northville
streetscape. Construction - SWS Engineering, Southfield, Michigan

"By town, I mean something akin to a living
organism composed of different parts-that is, a community. A
new building would be expected to add value and richness to this
community." James Howard Kunstler, The Geography of Nowhere,
New York, 1994.
